Why conventional care often arrives too late
Most healthcare decisions are made at isolated points in time: a visit, a test, a diagnosis.
Many risks and functional losses develop gradually and remain invisible until damage is already present.
What longitudinal medicine means
Longitudinal medicine treats health as a trajectory, not a snapshot.
Repeated, meaningful measurements over time allow earlier detection of change, understanding of decline velocity, and preservation of functional reserve.
How ATLAS applies this model
Instead of tracking dozens of variables, we focus on a small number of dominant risk factors, followed consistently over time.
- Cardiometabolic risk and insulin resistance
- Musculoskeletal reserve and functional capacity
- Sleep, recovery, and fatigue
- Behavior, adherence, and sustainability
How the program works
The program runs over 12 months and includes a comprehensive initial assessment, regular follow-up consultations, and individualized clinical decisions based on evolution.
It is not a one-off check-up or a rapid optimization program.
Who it's for — and who it isn't
- ✔ People willing to commit to ongoing clinical follow-up
- ✔ Those interested in long-term prevention and risk reduction
- ✖ People looking for immediate or guaranteed results
- ✖ A substitute for urgent medical care
